What is cwpanIfRplTableResetReason?

This read-only object reports why the WPAN RPL (Routing Protocol for Low-Power and Lossy Networks) table on this interface was last reset, with possible reasons including manuallyClear, configChange, interfaceDown, timeout, or serviceStop. An admin uses it to understand whether a sudden emptying of the mesh routing table was deliberate or the symptom of an underlying problem. For example, seeing cwpanIfRplTableResetReason show timeout would tell the admin the RPL table was cleared because it hadn't been updated in too long, rather than because someone intentionally cleared it.
