Description: This object represents the total number of seconds since the last Link Admin Up time that the link was not available for use. It is equal to: Severely Errored Seconds + Sync Loss Seconds.

What is p2mpSuUnAvailableSeconds?

A read-only Counter32 giving the total number of seconds since the link was last administratively brought up during which it was unavailable for use, computed as Severely Errored Seconds plus Sync Loss Seconds. This is the direct complement to p2mpSuAvailableSeconds and represents genuine outage time an admin would report against an SLA. For example, a customer disputing a reported outage duration could have the admin pull p2mpSuUnAvailableSeconds directly from the device as objective evidence of exactly how much time the link was truly unavailable.
