What is cLHotspotAnqpServerRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus controls creation, activation, and deletion of a row in the ANQP server table, which holds the Hotspot 2.0 Access Network Query Protocol profile served to clients. An admin uses it to bring a newly configured ANQP profile into service or to remove one that is no longer needed, since the other writable columns in the row can only be changed once the row is active. For example, after populating cLHotspotAnqpServerNetworkType and cLHotspotAnqpServerVenueType for a new hotspot profile, the admin sets this RowStatus to active(1) to make the profile live.
