What is cLHotspotAnqpFragmentationThreshold?

This read-create Unsigned32, ranging from 16 to 1294 bytes, sets the size above which ANQP replies get split across one or more GAS comeback replies instead of being sent in a single message. An admin tunes it to control how ANQP information, such as a long list of NAI realms, is chunked for delivery to querying clients. For example, if a venue advertises many NAI realms and OSU providers, the resulting ANQP payload may exceed this threshold and be delivered across multiple GAS comeback exchanges.
