What is cwdIfUpChannelId?

This read-only value reports the internal DOCSIS identification number of this upstream channel within its MAC interface, returning the most current value if the interface is down, or 0 if the channel ID is unknown. Admins use this ID to match this table entry to the same upstream channel referenced in DOCSIS protocol messages or command-line output. For example, an admin correlating an SNMP alert about a specific upstream channel with the router's CLI would use cwdIfUpChannelId as the common reference point.
