Description: Specifies the minimum tone cycle ON time that is necessary for the VISM to detect the dual frequency tone. The vismMinOnCadence has to be less than vismFreqOnCadence value.

What is vismMinOnCadence?
This read-create Integer32 (3-100 milliseconds) specifies the minimum ON-time duration a tone cycle must have for VISM to detect the dual-frequency tone, and this value must be less than vismFreqOnCadence. An admin tunes this per the configuration guide to control the shortest tone burst VISM will still recognize. For example, an admin dealing with very short tone bursts on a trunk would need vismMinOnCadence set low enough, and still below vismFreqOnCadence, for those bursts to register.
