What is vismRtpPktsSent?
This read-only counter reports the number of RTP packets sent to the network side on the connection. An administrator can use it to confirm that a voice connection is actively transmitting media and to compare against the received-packet counter to spot asymmetric traffic issues. For example, a packets-sent counter that stays at zero during an active call would indicate the local side is not transmitting any RTP media, pointing to a one-way audio problem.
