This RowStatus object controls creation of an SVC aggregate table entry, and the MIB specifies that cwRsrcSvcAggrVpiLow, cwRsrcSvcAggrVpiHigh, cwRsrcSvcAggrEgrPctBw, and cwRsrcSvcAggrIngPctBw must all be set for the row to be created successfully. An administrator provisioning a new SVC aggregate must supply those four mandatory values together with this status object, or the row creation will not succeed. For example, an administrator attempting to create a new SVC aggregate by setting only the VPI range but omitting the bandwidth percentages would find the row creation rejected because the mandatory bandwidth objects were not supplied.
