This object configures the percentage of egress bandwidth, within the resource partition's guaranteed egress bandwidth, that is allocated to SVC connections in this aggregate, and the total available egress bandwidth for those SVCs is computed by multiplying ifSpeed, cwRsrcPartEgrGuarPctBwConf, and this percentage. An administrator uses this to carve out how much of a partition's own guaranteed outbound bandwidth is specifically set aside for switched virtual circuits rather than permanent virtual circuits. For example, setting this to 50 would dedicate half of the resource partition's guaranteed egress bandwidth to SVC traffic in this aggregate, leaving the rest for other uses within the partition.
