What is cwRsrcPartVciHigh?
This object configures the end of the VCI range reserved for a resource partition, and connections provisioned on that partition must use a VCI less than or equal to this value. An administrator uses this together with cwRsrcPartVciLo to bound the upper end of the partition's dedicated VCI range. For example, setting this to 200 alongside a VciLo of 100 would give the partition a pool of 101 usable VCIs for its connections.
