What is cwRsrcPartMaxCon?

This object configures the maximum number of connections that can be configured on a resource partition. An administrator uses this as a hard ceiling to prevent a single partition from consuming an unbounded number of connection resources on the shared interface. For example, setting this to 1000 would prevent the partition from ever having more than 1000 connections provisioned, even if the interface has spare connection capacity.
