This Gauge32 reports, in cells per second, the current utilized cell rate applied for this PVC connection. It reflects real-time bandwidth consumption on the connection rather than a cumulative count. An admin doing live traffic monitoring would compare this value against cwacsTotalCR to see what fraction of the connection's total allocated rate is actually being used at any given moment.
