What is cwaConnStatsEgrTotalDiscard?
This Counter32 totals, in cells, all CLP=0, CLP=1, OAM, and RM cells discarded in the egress direction of this channel due to CoS queue overflow. It is the single broadest egress loss figure for the connection. An admin doing a quick per-PVC health assessment would check this alongside cwaConnStatsIngTotalDiscard to see whether losses are concentrated on the inbound or outbound side of the connection.
