This Counter32 counts, in cells, CLP=1 cells in the egress direction of this channel discarded at the CoS queue due to overflow. As the discard-eligible traffic class, some increase here under heavy egress load is the expected, healthy behavior of the queue shedding lower-priority cells first. An admin would compare this against cwaConnStatsEgrCLP0Discard to confirm the queue is discarding in the correct priority order.
