Module: CISCO-WAN-ATM-CONN-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-ATM-CONN-MIB::cwaChanRemoteCLR

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.150.1.1.1.1.1.53

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-create

Description: Encoded value representing the maximum tolerable cell loss ratio in the direction remote -> local. The actual CLR value is derived as the negative logarithm of this value.

If the object 'cwaChanP2MP' is set to 'true', this object should not be 'set' and the value of this object, if any, is not meaningful.

What is cwaChanRemoteCLR?

This read-create encoded value represents the maximum tolerable Cell Loss Ratio for traffic in the remote-to-local direction, derived as the negative logarithm of the configured value, and not meaningful if the connection is point-to-multipoint. An admin sets this the same way as the local CLR but for inbound traffic, defining how strict the loss tolerance is for cells arriving from the peer endpoint. For example, on an asymmetric connection where inbound data is more loss-sensitive than outbound, the admin might configure a stricter remote CLR value than the local-to-remote CLR.
