Maximum tolerable cell delay variation in the direction local -> remote.

Setting this parameter to 0xFFFFFF(16777215) indicates to the switch that this parameter does not have significance in SPVC call setup.

This parameter is not allowed to be set on a slave endpoint. (i.e. if 'cwaChanRoutingMastership' is set to 'false').

What is cwaChanCDV?

This object specifies the maximum tolerable cell delay variation (in microseconds) for ATM traffic in the local-to-remote direction on a switched permanent virtual circuit. A network engineer sets this parameter during virtual circuit provisioning to ensure the connection meets quality-of-service requirements for real-time traffic like voice. Setting the value to 0xFFFFFF indicates the parameter is not used in call setup negotiations.
