Description:
The bridge number of the VTP-capable switches which would be used for this VLAN. This object is only instantiated when the value of the corresponding instance of vtpVlanEditType has a value of fddiNet(4) or trNet(5).
What is vtpVlanEditBridgeNumber?
This object specifies the bridge number (0-15) to be used by VTP-capable switches for a particular VLAN, and is only relevant when the VLAN type is set to FDDI Network or Token Ring Network. This number is part of the bridge identification in these legacy network types. An operator would set this when creating or modifying VLANs that span FDDI or Token Ring segments.
