What is vtpNotificationsEnabled?
This read-write TruthValue object controls whether VTP-related notifications defined across several VTP notification groups are enabled on this device. An administrator turns this on to get proactive SNMP alerts about VTP configuration events rather than relying solely on polling VTP state. For example, disabling vtpNotificationsEnabled would suppress all VTP traps, so the admin would then need to poll VTP tables directly to catch VLAN database changes.
