Description:

The value of sysUpTime at which the last discovery was completed.

A value of zero indicates that no discovery has been invoked since last time the local system restarted.

What is vtpLastDiscoverTime?

This read-only timestamp records when VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP) last completed a discovery of all VTP-enabled devices in the management domain. A value of zero indicates no discovery has occurred since the device restarted. An operator checks this to determine whether recent topology changes have been discovered.
