What is vlanStatsVlans?

This counter holds an unsigned 32-bit integer representing the total number of active, manageable VLANs currently configured in the system (VLAN IDs 1-1024). It tracks the operational count of virtual LANs the switch is actively managing. A network operator would monitor this to verify VLAN provisioning is working correctly after configuration changes.
