What is vlanStatsInternalVlans?

This OID stores a count of the internal VLANs (virtual local area networks) that the switch is currently using for its own operations. Internal VLANs are reserved and separate from user-created VLANs. A network operator checks this value to understand the platform's resource usage and confirm the device isn't hitting internal limits.
