What is vsiLogicalIfAvailEgressCellRate?
This read-only Gauge32 object reports the remaining outbound bandwidth, in cells per second, still available on a given VSI logical interface. An administrator uses this as a live capacity indicator when deciding whether that interface can accommodate another outbound cross-connect. For example, a steadily declining vsiLogicalIfAvailEgressCellRate signals the interface is filling up with outbound traffic and may soon need additional capacity or rebalancing.
