What is cvTELUriClassCfgPhoneNumPattern?

This read-write CvUriClassPattern object holds a regular expression used to match the phone number portion of a tel: URI, unused if left as a zero-length string, and mutually exclusive with cvCommonUriClassCfgURIPattern being set. Administrators use it to classify calls based on the actual dialed or displayed phone number in a tel: URI, which is central to number-based dial-plan routing. For example, an admin routing all calls to a particular area code differently would match this pattern against that area code prefix within tel: URIs.
