Description: This object reflects the tone frequency in HZ. If the value is 0 then no tone will be played out and can be used to provide pause during a sequence of tones.
What is cvlSignalToneFreq?
This read-only VoiceFrequency object reports the frequency, in Hz, of a defined signal tone, with a value of 0 meaning no tone plays and instead the entry acts as a pause in a tone sequence. Administrators use it to verify the exact frequency a control or signaling tone is set to play, and to identify intentional silent pauses within a programmed tone sequence. For example, an admin building a sequence of LMR control tones with timed silences would see 0-frequency entries representing deliberate pauses between audible tones.
