What is cvlIdleToneFlag?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether this LMR voice class has a guard tone (true) or an idle tone (false) configured. Administrators use it to determine which of the two tone behaviors is active for a given voice class before interpreting the associated frequency and amplitude objects. For example, when documenting LMR configurations across many voice classes, this flag tells the admin whether to interpret the class's tone settings as guard-tone signaling or idle-tone signaling.
