What is cvAtmCallActiveDtmfRelay?
This is a read-only true/false flag reporting whether DTMF (touch-tone) relay is active for the current ATM voice call. It tells an admin whether keypad tones like those used for voicemail menus or IVR navigation are being specially relayed rather than carried as ordinary encoded speech, which matters because compressed voice codecs can otherwise garble DTMF tones. For instance, if a caller reports that pressing a digit during an automated menu isn't registering, checking this object would confirm whether DTMF relay was actually turned on for that call.
