What is cvsVSLTxRrpEobcPkts?
This counts Role Resolution Protocol packets transmitted specifically over the EOBC out-of-band path. An admin cares because this confirms role-negotiation signaling can still occur over the out-of-band channel even if the primary VSL data links are impaired. For example, during a primary VSL outage, a rise in this counter would show the chassis pair is still able to negotiate active and standby roles via the out-of-band path.
