What is cvsVSLTxLmpEobcPkts?
This counts Link Maintenance Protocol packets specifically transmitted over the EOBC path rather than the main VSL data links. An admin cares because this shows the link-maintenance heartbeat is also being carried over the out-of-band channel, providing a level of redundancy for that critical signaling. For example, if the main VSL data links go down but this counter keeps incrementing, the chassis can still exchange link-maintenance heartbeats over the out-of-band path.
