What is cvsVSLTxDataPkts?
This counts data-plane payload packets transmitted over the VSL for features such as ISSU, distinct from the protocol-control packets counted separately. An admin cares because this reflects the actual bulk data, such as an image transfer, moving across the VSL during operations like a software upgrade. For example, during an ISSU image transfer between the two chassis, this counter would climb substantially as the software image itself is moved over the VSL.
