What is cvsVSLRxRrpPkts?
This counts Role Resolution Protocol packets received from the peer chassis over the VSL. An admin cares because incoming RRP traffic reflects the peer's participation in active and standby role negotiation, useful to confirm both sides are engaging in the same election process. For example, a burst in this counter right after a chassis reload confirms the recovering chassis is actively renegotiating its role with its peer.
