What is cvsVSLRxRrpEobcPkts?
This counts Role Resolution Protocol packets received over the EOBC out-of-band path from the peer chassis. An admin cares because it confirms role-negotiation messages from the peer are reaching this chassis via the out-of-band channel even if the main VSL is impaired. For example, a chassis pair going through a role re-election during a primary-link problem would still show this counter incrementing via the out-of-band path.
