What is cvsVSLRxPingPkts?
This counts VSL PING packets received from the peer chassis, confirming the peer is actively testing reachability across the link. An admin cares because this is the receive-side confirmation that reachability-testing traffic from the peer is actually arriving, not just being sent from this side. For example, the transmit-side ping counter incrementing on the peer while this counter stays flat on this chassis would point to a one-way connectivity problem on the VSL.
