What is cvsVSLRxPingEobcPkts?
This counts VSL PING packets received over the EOBC out-of-band path from the peer chassis. An admin cares because it's the receive-side confirmation that reachability testing over the out-of-band channel is actually completing round-trip, not just being sent from this chassis. For example, comparing the transmit-side and receive-side EOBC ping counters helps confirm the out-of-band ping exchange is working bidirectionally.
