What is cvsVSLRxLmpPkts?
This counts Link Maintenance Protocol packets received over the VSL from the peer chassis. An admin cares because a steady incoming LMP stream confirms the peer chassis considers the VSL healthy from its side too. For example, this counter stalling while the transmit-side LMP counter on this chassis keeps incrementing would suggest the peer has stopped sending its own maintenance heartbeat.
