What is cvsVSLRxDataPkts?
This counts data-plane payload packets, such as an ISSU software image, received over the VSL from the peer chassis. An admin cares because this confirms the actual bulk-data transfer for an operation like an upgrade is being successfully received, not just its control signaling. For example, a stalled count here during an ISSU image transfer would indicate the image itself isn't completing transfer even if control packets are still exchanging fine.
