What is ciscoVdcRestartTime?
This read-only DateAndTime object reports the most recent time the VDC instance restarted, and holds a fixed zero-equivalent value (0x0000010100000000) if the VDC has never restarted. An admin checks this to know exactly when the last disruptive event on a VDC occurred, useful for correlating with an outage ticket. A VDC showing a ciscoVdcRestartTime from five minutes ago right after users reported dropped sessions confirms the VDC restart was the cause.
