What is ciscoVdcRestartReason?
This read-only SnmpAdminString reports the reason for the most recent restart of the VDC. An admin uses this text to distinguish a deliberate operator-triggered restart from a crash or software fault without having to dig through logs. If ciscoVdcRestartReason reads 'configuration change' versus 'software failure,' the admin knows immediately whether to expect the VDC to be stable going forward.
