What is ciscoVdcRestartCount?
This read-only Gauge32 counts how many times the VDC identified by ciscoVdcId has been restarted. This distinguishes lighter-weight restarts from full reloads, helping an admin gauge how frequently a VDC's processes have had to recover. An admin comparing ciscoVdcRestartCount against ciscoVdcReloadCount for the same VDC can tell whether recovery events were mostly quick restarts or full reboots.
