What is ciscoVdcResUnused?

This read-only Unsigned32 reports the number of instances of a particular resource that are reserved for a specific VDC but currently not in use. A high value here tells an admin that VDC's resource allocation is oversized relative to what it actually needs, capacity that could be reassigned elsewhere. If a VDC shows a large ciscoVdcResUnused for interfaces, the admin might lower that VDC's ciscoVdcResMin to free interfaces for a VDC that's running short.
