What is ciscoVdcResMin?

This read-write Unsigned32 specifies the minimum number of instances of a particular resource that must be allocated to a particular VDC. An admin sets this to guarantee a VDC always has a baseline amount of a shared resource, even under chassis-wide contention. Setting ciscoVdcResMin for VLAN resources to 50 on a critical VDC ensures it always has at least 50 VLANs reserved regardless of what other VDCs request.
