Description: This object indicates the number of instances of a particular resource that are available to be allocated for a particular VDC.
What is ciscoVdcResAvail?
This read-only Unsigned32 reports the number of instances of a particular resource still available to be allocated to a specific VDC. An admin checks this before increasing that VDC's usage of a resource, to confirm room remains within its own allocation. If ciscoVdcResAvail for VLANs on a given VDC reaches zero, any attempt to configure another VLAN on that VDC would need a raised ciscoVdcResMax first.
