This read-only Unsigned32 reports the total quantity of a particular resource that exists chassis-wide. An admin uses this as the denominator for capacity planning, comparing it against the used and free counts for the same resource. Knowing ciscoVdcGlobalResTotal for the ACL TCAM resource tells the admin the hard ceiling that all VDCs on that chassis must share.
