Description: Total time used in minutes for greetings and messages in all mailboxes. This cannot exceed the cueAllocatedCapacity. If all mailboxes are full, cueTotalTimeUsed will equal cueAllocatedCapacity.
What is cueTotalTimeUsed?
This gauge reports the actual number of minutes currently consumed by stored greetings and messages across every mailbox on the system. Since the value cannot exceed cueAllocatedCapacity and equals it once every mailbox is full, an admin can track this counter to know when the voicemail system is nearing its allocated ceiling and users may start losing the ability to leave or receive messages. For instance, if cueAllocatedCapacity is 1000 minutes and cueTotalTimeUsed climbs to 950, the admin knows only 50 minutes of message and greeting space remain.
