What is cuePercentTimeUsed?
This value expresses, as a percentage, how much of the system's licensed voicemail storage capacity is currently occupied by greetings and messages. It gives an admin a quick single-number health check of overall mailbox storage pressure without having to do the arithmetic between used and licensed minutes themselves. An admin who sees cuePercentTimeUsed jump from 40% to 85% after a holiday weekend knows the voicemail system is approaching capacity and may need to prompt users to clear old messages.
