Description: Notification threshold for failed PIN authentication attempts due to bad password. A notification is sent if this threshold is exceeded within a 5 minute period.
What is cuePINPasswordThresh?
This object sets the number of failed voicemail PIN attempts due to incorrect passwords, for a valid mailbox, that must occur within a 5-minute window before triggering a notification. An admin can rely on this threshold to be alerted when someone appears to be trying to guess a specific user's voicemail PIN rather than merely mistyping it once. If cuePINPasswordThresh is set to 3 and a caller enters the wrong PIN four times in under five minutes for one mailbox, the admin gets notified.
