What is cueMboxNumberOfNewMessages?
This value reports how many messages in a specific mailbox are marked as new, meaning not yet listened to by the owner. An admin can use this to spot users who appear to be ignoring their voicemail, which combined with a lit MWI light might indicate a phone or notification problem rather than user neglect. If cueMboxNumberOfNewMessages for a user stays at a high count for weeks without dropping, the admin might check whether that user's message-waiting indicator or phone integration is actually working.
