Description: Allocated capacity of voicemail in minutes. This is the sum of each user's defined mailbox size, regardless of whether they are full or empty. The cueAllocatedCapacity cannot exceed the licensed cueCapacityOfVoicemail.
What is cueAllocatedCapacity?
This OID reports, in minutes, the total voicemail storage that has been allocated across all mailboxes on the Cisco Unity Express system, summing each user's configured mailbox size whether or not it is actually full. Because this allocated figure is capped by the licensed cueCapacityOfVoicemail, an admin can compare it against the license ceiling to see how much headroom remains before new mailboxes can no longer be provisioned. For example, if a company grows from 50 to 80 employees and each gets a 30-minute mailbox, cueAllocatedCapacity climbs by 900 minutes even though most new mailboxes start out empty.
