This value is accumulated from the last reboot of the firewall.

What is cufwUrlfUrlAccRespsNumResDropped?

This Counter64, in Responses, counts transport packets making up responses to URL access requests that the firewall dropped due to resource constraints while it was still waiting on the filtering server, accumulated since the last reboot. An admin can use this to spot resource pressure specifically on the response-handling side of URL filtering, distinct from the request-side drops tracked elsewhere. A rise here during heavy load would indicate the firewall is struggling to hold onto pending response state, not just incoming requests.
