This Counter64, in Requests, counts URL access requests the firewall allowed, whether by a directive from a URL filtering server or by a static policy configured locally, accumulated since the last reboot. An admin uses it to see how much web traffic is passing the filter, which combined with cufwUrlfRequestsNumDenied gives the overall allow/deny mix. A high allowed count alongside a low denied count would indicate the URL filtering policy is largely permissive for current traffic.
