What is cufwFOMonitoredInterfaces?
This read-only Gauge32 reports the count of interfaces currently monitored on the HA units for interface health purposes. An admin uses it to confirm how many interfaces are actually under HA health monitoring, which should match the number of interfaces expected to influence failover decisions. A count lower than expected here would alert an admin that some interfaces aren't being watched and therefore can't trigger a switchover if they fail.
